Board meeting Randomdata 9-june-2009

Attending: Fish, Xor, Kahits, Kalola (late), Zkyp, Muomuo

Opening

Fish opens the meeting at 18:30 during the diner

Announcements

Some agenda points will be skipped because of the prio on the beerduino build

All minutes of the last meeting were accepted and no changes are necessary.

Introduction

Fish is welcoming our new member zkyp, he will introduce himself to the group.

Votes

Official vote for the structure of Randomdata: 3 positive (of 3) boardvotes for the "Stichting" (Foundation)
The goal of the foundation will be defined later but it will contain something like: "The foundation is supporting and facilitating the Randomdata hackers community"

Official vote for the space on the location Parkstraat in Utrecht: 3 positive (of 3) boardvotes, others are agree-ing too

Concept prices for supporters, 3 positive (of 3) boardvotes, others are agree-ing too
Types of supporters:

• Junior supporters, 10 euro's a month
• Regular supporters, 30 euro's a month
• Visitors, depending on activity's
• NP supporters, supporters who are contributing on a alternative way (discussion will be made by the board if it is possible)

Functions

To run the space we need several functions within the community

• Formalizing the foundation: Fish
• Finance, opening a bank account, setup a cashbook etc.: Kahits
• Masterplan, how to make the space a hackerspace: Zkyp + Fish
• Make a list of spacejobs (like toilet cleaning, filling the fridge, etc): Fish + Zkyp

* Space rules, what is allowed and what NOT: XOR

• Tosti's, kitchen and food: XOR

Finance

Some idea's to get more money:
