Meeting minutes 15 august 2009, Vierhouten
Attendees: Fish, Security4all, Eric Michaud, Nick Farr
Missing: Q
Decisions:
- We will plan for a trip in November 2010, spring will be too early and too expensive
- Pricing, a quick calculation gives an idea about the prices, Fish and Security 4all will do investigation about EU prices, Nick Farr will do investigation for US prices for travelling
- Security4all will do a "recon" trip in November to find out details
- Fish will contact his local contacts to see where they can help
- Places to stay, apartments will be probably the cheapest option. Room sharing will be standard, if you want to sleep stand-alone the price will raise.
Next meetings:
- Skype/voip/etc TBD
- 26C3, probably with the full core team
